Desc: A group of Jewish-Israeli and Palestinian singers and musicians joined together, overcoming suspicion and prejudice, to perform the Hebrew-Arabic song "Hevenu Shalom Aleinu" (We Brought Peace Upon Us) - "Ma Ana Ajmal Min Salam" (There is Nothing More Beautiful Than Peace).
Sung in both Hebrew and Arabic, this Middle-Eastern jazzy peace song challenges us to overcome decades of hatred and suspicion and appreciate the common humanity of both people. Let the power of music, song and dance replace hate, racism and demagoguery.
If you ask yourself after watching this video "what can I do for Israeli-Palestinian peace" - you can 1) send this link to your email contacts, especially Jews and Arabs, 2) write to your local Israeli embassy and demand that Israel immediately open negotiations in good faith with all Palestinian factions, including Hamas, to achieve a stable ceasefire, which will hopefully lead to final status talks, and 3) plan to visit Israel, the West Bank and Gaza and meet face-to-face with Israelis and Palestinians.
